How do I cancel my membership?

Is there a limit to how many events I can go to?

No, you can buy as many tickets through Anytixx as you’d like.

How do I open an account?

Find the tickets you want, and at checkout start your account…it’s that simple.

What happens if I find a better price on my ticket?

We are so confident in our wholesale inventory of millions of sports, concert, and theatre tickets that our lowest prices will beat anyone’s lowest prices. In the bizarre case this does not happen, we will pay you cash! You can text us at 816-347-8884 a picture of your receipt or email us a screen shot at info@anytixx.com and we’ll pay you cash (a typical payment is $5) if you can’t find any lower price tickets on our platform. You literally cannot get a better deal anywhere else!

Why tickets on Anytixx cheaper?

Glad you asked! Here’s the secret the ticket industry doesn’t want you to know….most tickets are coming from the same “inventory warehouse”. Meaning, most tickets you buy on Stubhub, Seatgeek, Anytixx, or any other ticket site is the exact same ticket! The “big sites” are paying a lot more for advertising and guess how they make back that money? Yup, in fees that you have to pay.

At Anytixx we don’t charge fees, in fact, if we get the ticket for $15, we put it on our site for $15. No sneaky pricing, no fees. Just cheap tickets.

Can I cancel my order?

Per Anytixx’s user agreement, all sales are final. We need to be fair to both buyers and sellers, and we are unable to cancel or exchange tickets on any order.

Why is there a different name printed on the tickets and will this give me problems at my event?

The name printed on the tickets (if any) is that of the original purchaser and won’t give you any issues whatsoever gaining entry into the venue. The venue staff will simply scan the barcode on your ticket to admit you entry into the event.

Is Anytixx a credible ticket source and is it safe?

Yes! All purchases are guaranteed. We guarantee that your purchase is safe, protected, and that you will receive your tickets on time. Anytixx was founded in 2017 and since has been featured in several national publications with many happy customers.

What does secondary market and a resale marketplace mean?

The secondary ticket market is where tickets can be resold after the original purchase from the “primary source” (venue, box office, team, artist, Ticketmaster, etc.). Prices are determined by the sellers who own the tickets and market value, and tickets can often be more than the “face value” of the original purchase price from the primary source of tickets. Anytixx is a secondary market.

A resale marketplace brings the buyer and seller together where tickets can be bought and sold.

Am I buying directly from the team, artist, or venue?

No. When buying tickets on Anytixx, you are purchasing from a secondary marketplace. We are not affiliated with any team, venue, or artist.

How will I get my tickets?

There are several methods through which you can get your ticket(s):

E-Ticket: An electronic ticket that is emailed to you. The ticket must be printed and taken with you in order to gain access to the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your ticket.

E-Ticket Instant Download: An electronic ticket that is emailed to you, typically within minutes of your order being confirmed. The ticket must be printed and taken with you in order to gain access to the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your tickets.

Mobile E-Ticket: An electronic ticket that requires a smartphone to display the ticket and gain admission into the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your ticket.

Flash Seats: A specific type of ticket that lets you enter the venue with your smartphone, credit card, or drivers license. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a Flash Seats account (including a link to Flash Seats website to setup an account), how to obtain your tickets and use them to enter your event.

Electronic Transfer: A form of paperless ticketing that requires you to download a 3rd party app to your phone, where you will create an account. You will be contacted by customer service and provided instructions. Tickets will then be transferred to your smartphone for you to scan at the venue entrance.

How do I know my tickets are legitimate?

We only obtain tickets from secure and trusted sources. In fact, all of the tickets we sell are currently being sold on Stubhub, SeatGeek, and other prominent ticket sites. If that doesn’t give you peace of mind, this should, Anytixx guarantees all tickets purchased on www.anytixx.com.
